I walked in to this store at around 7:30 on Easter and placed an order for pickup. Latisha was the only one there, even though she had a lot to do and was very busy, she took our order with a smile and also got our order out to us very quickly. The food was all delicious and perfect and she extra cooked our wings just like we asked her to even though she was very busy and it was right before closing time. I felt really bad for ordering at around that time but Latisha still put 100% into our order and making us happy. Thank you so much!!!

We ordered pizza the night before Thanksgiving, one of the busiest nights for delivery. I wasn't surprised when the order was placed; they said it would take an hour for delivery. To our surprise, it was here in 25 minutes, piping hot pizza, just as I had ordered it. The woman who delivered was very friendly. She said she'd come to Mason to help with deliveries. Big win on a busy night.

As soon as I get the manager's name, I will revise this because she is absolutely amazing. So sweet and she is always busting her booty all over the place absolutely loved the food here hot delicious, but the staff make it even better.!

A few times my pizza cheese tasted spoiled if you order early in the day. That is from the cheese being in room temps the night before and thawing out. Then refreezing it again. Once it gets slow the manager should place cheese in walk in and make pizzas in there if you can. Always keep lid on it. Always keep make line as cold as possible. I ran four different dominos locations and ran into this issue with many managers. Proper cheese handling is as important as dough handling to the final product. Another way you can tell the cheese or dough is not right is by the weight of the pizza it will feel heavy. The cheese also will have a bad smell to it once spoiled.
